CEMS provided mechanical, electrical and structural services for this pre-engineered 42,000-square-foot, state of the art structure, which included a warehouse, loading docks, showroom, and corporate offices for Trumpf Medical Systems, located on a 2.5-acre marshfront site in Cainhoy Park. The building was designed to accommodate future growth in mind, allowing it be expandable up to 49,000
In particular, CEMS had to work with Trumpf Medical Systems as the warehouse, office spaces and show room were mechanically, electrically and structurally customized to their specific needs. Additionally, CEMS coordinated with the architect, building structural engineers and landscape architects to ensure quality building design and aesthetic needs were met.
