CEMS provided full A-E design to replace an existing ground floor storage building with a new 1,008 SF two-story building at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. The new building will have the lower floor providing storage space and the second floor and roof level will contain mechanical to provide space to bring the VA up to current Legionella requirements.
