The renovation included an additional floor, elevator, organ, spiral stair case, handicap ramp, specialized lighting, and new HVAC. The Columbarium is housed in The Thomas Dry Howie Memorial Carillon and is reserved for Citadel alums, spouses and family members.

This was based on LEED 3.0, which included performing a design review of the construction drawings and specifications.
