CEMS provided mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services for the Colleton County Athletic Complex. The project consists of adding five new baseball fields, a 2,650 SF concession/restroom building, a 600 SF maintenance building, dugouts, and a ticket booth.
Electrical design included power distribution from the privatized utility transformer to baseball fields, concession/restroom building, maintenance building, ticket booth, and dugouts. Electrical design also encompassed lighting for aforementioned structures, pedestrian walkways between ball fields and parking area lighting.
Mechanical design consisted of new HVAC for concession and restroom buildings. HVAC systems utilized for the complex ranged from mini-ductless split systems to package units. Plumbing designs were provided for concession and restroom buildings with drinking water supply to the dugouts.
