CEMS provided full A-E design for the 13,700 SF renovation of the Fort Moore Supper Club. The renovation consisted of expanding the seating capacity on the first floor of the main dining room, remodeling various rooms around the dining room to provide improved support for the increased dining function, upgrading support utilities on the lower level, and a new addition on the east side that will provide for much needed storage of dining furniture and equipment.
The design project consisted of new ADA access and compliant restrooms; new addition to storage space; new interior finishes; new HVAC system; new plumbing fixtures; new electrical distribution system and lighting; new dry pipe sprinkler system and fire alarm/mass notifications system; and site improvements.
