Complete site design for a 340-acre new brigade complex to support a Brigade HQ, three battalion HQs, Company Operations Facilities, Dining Facility, six barracks, and four Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facilities.
Part of the design was to complete a Life Cycle Cost Analysis to evaluate three HVAC options for the Complex. Complete site design was provided, including site master planning and development of full plans and specifications. Coordinated facility utility services with Centers of Standardization.
Associated cost $242 million entire complex, $25 million for site.
