As part of its contract with the Air Force Reserve Command, the CEMS team provided full A-E design for the renovation and addition to building 1630. The new 2,300 SF addition will support the parachute packing operations and the flight gear lockers and will be compatible with the existing building. The design team will utilize similar materials to provide a seamless transition between the new and existing facility. The 6,400 SF renovation of the existing building includes the repair/replacement of all lighting, ceiling, flooring, cabinetry, interior doors, and wall finishes, as well as reconfiguration of the rooms to accommodate the proposed areas.
