Two story facility to support soccer, baseball, and softball field complex. The new building included two locker rooms, conference/meeting rooms, press boxes, concession stands, public restrooms, filming platforms and storage facilities. Foundations for engineered bleacher systems for the soccer field, softball field and baseball field were included. Site preparation and foundations for two electronic scoreboards were provided. CEMS provided electrical, mechanical and structural engineering design for the complex.
