As part of our IDC for the Patriots Point Development Authority, CEMS provided mechanical and electrical design to support a new HVAC System within the forward deck of the USS Yorktown located in Charleston, South Carolina. The existing 4,500 SF area has been opened up to allow for a future museum exhibit and conference area. The electrical and mechanical design team will conduct a site visit to verify existing conditions and locate new electrical and mechanical equipment. CEMS will also provide construction administration services to include bid support, responding to RFI’s, reviewing shop drawings, and construction site visits.
