Design, drawings and specifications for infrastructure and support facilities for the construction of a New Base Entry Gate Complex to include five entrances and three exit lanes. It was the hope of the base to make this project a showcase for energy efficiency. The two buildings on this site are the first on Camp Lejeune to be designed as “Net Zero” Buildings.
