A new 11,500 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility located on a 16 acre site. The facility was to house a 5,000 SF administrative area and 6,500 SF multi-bay maintenance shop.
The 16 acre complex included military parking, privately owned vehicle (POV) parking, access roads, sidewalks, site drainage and sediment control, security fencing, motor pool lighting, vehicle wash rack, and above ground fuel storage with dispensing complete with canopy.
The facility was designed and commissioned to meet LEED Silver requirements/standards.
CEMS provided site engineering design to include: utilities, access roads, parking areas, fuel dispensing facility, drainage and associated permitting. Construction phase services were provided. Electrical and mechanical engineering necessary for LEED Commissioning were included in CEMS services
