Complete site design for a 78-acre new Brigade Combat Team (Heavy) Complex to support a Brigade HQ, five Battalion HQs, and two Company Operations Facilities with Covered Hardstand. Off site work included two miles of Road Widening, Utility Relocations and Communication Duct & Manholes. Complete site design for Electric & Communication Service, Water & Sewer, Gas, Paving, Storm Drainage & Erosion Control and AT/FP was provided for development of full plans and specifications. Coordinated facility utility services with Centers of Standardization.
